These are my steps in making that photo .. but i really apologize about i first few steps that i missed to print-screen them ..
1) First of all, I change of the lightness and shadow in the background photo, then i dragged the starfish one by one according to that tutorial video.
2) Secondly, I made their effects which are Gaussian blur and Redial blur.
3) then i went to start make that plasma TV, Which is had been done by having two layers one for the photo and another one to add effects as shadow on it to make it looks real
4) Finally here we go, it is all done and this is a photo of falling a starfish.
